Traveling and vacation is one of the things I like best. During holidays, I often go to beaches; for a change I would like to visit some mountains. I have friends that are members of mountaineering club and I am aware of the many things to consider when one plans to do mountain trekking. I know it would take a lot of preparation both mental and physical to be ready to climb a mountain. It would be good though to have a guide in climbing Kilimanjaro. Having an advance idea of the routes to be taken would be helpful.
I was just dreaming of having a great summer outdoor adventure climbing Kilimanjaro the highest mountain peak in Africa. The mountaintop is noted for its snowcap, but is gradually due to global warming. I don’t have the chance of doing it actually, but the closest was climbing Mambukal’s, seven falls in Negros Occidental, Philippines. Seldom do I experience having an outdoor adventure like this, but who knows I will one day get the chance to trek mount Kilimanjaro.
Yesterday was a hectic day, full of things to do at the office with both of my colleagues having an off from work. Afterwork hubby treated for Tom Yum Pla Nam Sai ( fish soup in clear water) and pork with lemongrass at the vietnamese restaurant. At night I relax by not blogging but instead I watched Pan’s Labyrnth.
Today’s another great day. Got to choose the best pics for the prenup photo slides I am making–post process them and compile everything in a software. I’m having a lunch meeting with pinoys in the community and go to Future Park in the afternoon to print some photos.
