The weather is really rocking me back to sleep each morning. Good thing I got a job to worry so I can’t simply be a couch potato the entire day. So here goes my Wednesday regimen.
- Ate breakfast with only a piece of whole wheat cream cracker and milk.
- Bike my way going to the office.
- Walking to the cafeteria.
- I had minced pork mixed with fresh herbs & spices (called Labp Moo in Thai) and rice for lunch.
- Took a 30 minutes nap before going back to office.
- For pre-dinner I ate rice and chorizo paired with achara (papaya salad Filipino style).
- Biking from home going to the main gate.
- Did some dancercise in body jam class.
- Did some weight exercise for my belly jelly and biceps.
- Addional scrambled eggs, french bread and chorizo after exercise.
- Only water for today’s fluid intake
