Sweat it out

In the morning our house feels like a mountain resort with the breezy ambience that adds to my laziness of waking up. As an excuse or maybe this could perhaps relate to my tardiness, I have attended a short recollection last Thursday and the topic was about "Healing the Inner Child". That I guess explains why I’m always timid to wake up early in the morning. It’s because when I was in my growth years my parents never allowed us to have a sleeping spree on weekends. As I have to help them tend the customers in the store. And now It’s pay off time for the hours that were taken from me. LOL. I know you might want to react by saying, "tell that to the marines."

Anyways, so that was our usual mornings. But now here’s the catch. Our afternoons here are definitely hot! Not the sexy thing ok. I’m talking about the direct heat that grills me and hubby inside our room. Anybody who likes to have a free sauna you are gladly welcome. The icky feeling of the sweat wakes me up in the middle of my dream.

The only solution was going to the mall and sweat it out purposely through fitness exercises. Afterwhich we went home and played a few rounds of tennis volleys. Allowing the temperature of our room to cool down in time for sleep again.

So this is what I did earlier. Wake up late, did the chores, afternoon nap, went to Future Park, exercise, dinner, volley and sleep. Great Saturday, ey!

ok pa ky wala pa may gapamukaw…but I would prefer lack of sleep for a baby…borrow namon anay si caite =) hehehe
