My cousin is staying with me this week for a Christmas holiday. She arrived yesterday afternoon while Tony was having a haircut at the barber shop. Both of us waited for hubby to finish and we headed home to do our preparation.
On the way home, my cousin's niece was sending her updates through SMS informing her about their family's celebration back home in the Philippines, reminded me to call my mother as well. But my telephone is acting again, making it difficult to hear the other line due to the disturbing interference. So I settled by using my mobile phone and bought two international calling cards so I won't run out of time with all my stories to tell.
My mom and both my brothers were there when I called. It feels good to know they're safe and blessed to attend the mass in the evening, had their share for the Noche Buena and watched the fireworks display in the plaza.
