Due to the busy schedule that I have both at work and other extra curricular activities I skipped going to gym for 3 months. I was hoping that after this year I could once again start gym session in January. I have a lean built and I don't look over weight, but I found out that I still have to shed off some 2 kg extra fat. Maybe I need to firm up some muscles, so that I'll gain weight.
Gym sessions like Body Balance, Body Jam and some weight lifting exercises are my favorite. I also supplement my exercise with some healthy drinks like fresh fruit, vegetable juice, fruits and milk. Milk is a good source of protein and important for the muscles.
Lately, I have read of muscle milk which is a perfect bedtime drink. Its protein blend of whey and casein is apt for a healthy diet. The milk is patterned after a mother's milk which contains natural elements for anabolic growth potential. This kind of milk is superb as it has immune boosters combined with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids and other growth factors.
Hopefully, I'll be back to the gym starting next year.
