Dance with Me

Joining the group exercise is always fun especially when everybody's enjoying.  I have been a member of Fitness First for nearly a year now and I always look forward every body jam class.  Instructors dressed up on hip attires and ready to pump up the beat of jazz, hip hop and ballroom dance combination.

Unfortunately my daily activity in our community is fully loaded from October to December. So that gives me a slimmer chance to continue burning my excess fats and calories.  However, there's this crazydance.com which I'd like to try. They offer a lot of instructional dance videos like salsa, rumba, foxtrot, samba, slow dancing and most of all hip hop. Hubby would surely love to join me on the dance floor with this.

In addition to the booming economy of Thailand.  Many infrastructures are currently ongoing to accommodate public and private commuters.  Like the extensions of expressways near Rangsit area and Bangkok Transit Station or BTS Sky Train going to Suvanabhumi [su-wa-na-phum] airport.
