Chatting with big sis makes me feel lucky that I’m here in Thailand. Fresh infos are putting the puzzle together of what have become the pros and cons in Finland. A vast archipelago in Europe, free education, windy (by this time) so one has to use a car even for a short distance walk, expensive commodities (i.e. food, dry goods, toys), few English labels on products are some of it.
The more we discussed, the more she became aware of the huge price difference, and decided we do the shopping for her. Last night, on an ordinary Thursday, we dashed off to Future Park knowing it was the right time to shop. Few days left before payday. Obviously few people would be around. Carrying out a long list of shopping achuchu; (toy cars, robots and stuff toy for R-jed ), (slippers and stuff toy for Anzel), (slippers and Ferminpan yeast for Ate Cookie), (FIFA 2008, PS2 8MB Memory and cellphone holder for R-vin), lastly groceries for a month consumption for me and hubby.
Looking at the list was unimaginable with 2 hours remaining. I pause to process the tasks to be done. Pre-processing helps me maximize my shopping time accordingly. Here’s what I did.
1. Arriving at 6:30 PM. Ate dinner first before shopping.
2. Proceed to 3rd floor of robinsons. Look for gift items and toys at kids section. Lighter objects comes first.
3. Proceed to 4th floor and bought the PS2 accessories.
4. Go back to basement. With 20 minutes remaining, divide the grocery list with hubby to gather and meet at the counter.
The checklist really helps alot. It saves time and money for unnecessary expenditures.
Your place is valueble for me. Thanks!â¦
