I feel like clicking the ‘Add Cart’ button as I browse Booksonboard site to see their list of bestsellers. However, I have to hold the keys before I loose control over shopping online. I find it informative to read the summaries of "The Unusual Suspect" by Stephen Baldwin and "When You Need a Lift: But Don’t Want to Eat Chocolate, Pay a Shrink, or Drink a Bottle of Gin" by Joy Behar. They’re now included on my wish list for Santa, and not to forget "The Digital Photographer’s Notebook" by Kevin Ames.
Digital Ebooks are emerging and rapidly changing the trend of book technology this days. The latest ones are designed to be listened to as audio books. I highly recommend them to busy individuals like me. Listening is pretty convenient while relaxing before bedtime. Visit Booksonboard or BOB for the latest features on Audio Books.
Whew! Shopping could be a good form of exercise sometimes. After work we headed to Zeer and Carrefour to shop for items to be shipped tomorrow. Big sis Cookie rants about brandless rice cookers being sold in Finland at a high price. Ordinary shirts cost around 7 euros or 455 baht each. Whereas here in Thailand, Sharp rice cooker with the capacity of 1.1 liter costs 499 baht and shirts prices are from 59 to 200 baht only.
In a Chinese mindset, "when there’s scarcity, there’s opportunity." Oh, I’m tempted to make a proposal for dry goods export. Let’s see.
I’m a person who likes to be motivated by people, inspiration or experience even if I know I’m capable of doing things on my own. Back when I was in elementary I experienced having a personal tutor for a week. After that I received a bad news that my tutor was leaving for abroad. I felt sad of loosing someone to turn to for my assignment problems. My mom didn’t have much time for me because of her business and my dad had to be away from us to make a living. Hence, I could have reached my full potential if I had a good mentor during my formative years.

Dear Kababayan,
I would also like to advertise the 1st Pinoy Sari-Sari Store in Bangkok. Faisal and myself went there last Saturday and they have a lot of pinoy items for sale from food (cheese, chichiria, canned food, instant pancit canton, tomato sauce), rubbing alcohol, cuticle remover, soap, magazines and pinoy movies. Price is reasonable.
By BTS, take Saladaeng station and the J-City Building is already connected to the Saladaeng station. Sari-sari store is at the 3rd floor of J-City Building.
May B.
